How it works

Our Secondary Market automatically matches and settles transactions between buyers and sellers of units. Trading is done transparently, digitally, and without revealing counter-party details. All trades are subject to demand.

Buyer

Buyers review and evaluate commercial real estate opportunities on the Secondary Market, including comprehensive reporting and data on each fund. Investors may also have the option to opportunistically purchase units at an attractive price relative to the latest net asset value (NAV), depending on selling activity.

Seller

Sellers can seek to sell their units through the Jasper platform, subject to buyer demand. Investors have control and flexibility over their preferred unit price (within a defined range) and the proportion of their holding they wish to sell. It's important to note that there is no guarantee that you will be able to exit your investments on the Secondary Market.
