The Jasper business extends through the CRE funds management vertical, with in-house expertise spanning acquisitions, investment management & finance, asset & property management and capital raising & debt sourcing.
While Jasper’s core focus is industrial and logistics, leveraging our leadership’s expertise and relationships, the business is sector-agnostic, actively evaluating & pursuing opportunities in other asset classes.
We have two established JV's with one of the world's leading CRE private equity firms, and in 2021, we were the largest acquirer of industrial and logistics assets in New Zealand. Our executive team has a proven track record that includes the initial aggregation, interim management, and final exit of an NZ$860m value add urban logistics portfolio to an institutional purchaser at a significant premium to acquisition cost1. Jasper’s first exit in 2022 yielded a 20%+ IRR, following a comprehensive repositioning strategy.

Asset management technology consolidates our real estate data to give actionable insight across the portfolio with access to live tenancy information and portfolio analytics. Automated asset management reports minimise time spent on periodic reporting, enabling our investment team to focus on driving asset value and optimising operating performance.
