Jasper agrees new lease with Forward Aluminium at Westpoint Drive
Jasper has successfully executed a new 6-year lease with Forward Aluminium Limited, a well-established local business specialising in joinery manufacturing, at the rear unit of our Industrial Income Plus Fund asset at 42 Westpoint Drive.
Westpoint Drive is a strategically located industrial precinct in Auckland’s North West. The location benefits from close proximity to SH18 & SH16, and the wider North West and North Shore catchments, making it ideal for Forward Aluminum’s operations. This prime asset was constructed in 2019 and features functional high-stud warehouse space, with a modern adjoining office.
We are particularly excited to have the opportunity to build a relationship with another local company, Forward Aluminium Limited, demonstrating our commitment to supporting local operators.
Jasper worked closely with Barfoot and Thompson’s Henry Helsby whose support ensured the process was seamless for all parties.
