Jasper announces promotions across Investment Management and Acquisitions
Jasper has announced two internal promotions in their Acquisitions and Investment Management teams.
Simon Felton will move to Head of Acquisitions to lead the sourcing and execution of all of Jasper's investment strategies in NZ. Simon has extensive experience within the NZ commercial real estate sector, successfully transacting over $600m of assets in the Auckland region. Prior to Jasper, Simon worked at Colliers International as an Investment Sales broker.
Vernon Sequeira will move into the role of Investment Manager responsible for the performance of Jasper's assets under management. Vernon has broad experience in the NZ commercial real estate sector, successfully transacting and managing over $400m of institutional-grade assets. Prior to Jasper, Vernon worked at Colliers International in the Strategic Advisory business.

Instrumental in the growth of Jasper's assets under management over the last 18 months, Simon has a deep understanding of the NZ commercial property landscape and has been hugely successful in growing Jasper's presence in the market.
Vernon has been an integral part of Jasper since we launched the business, establishing our Investment Management function while playing a pivotal role in forming and executing Jasper's broader vision. He will now take on the responsibility of running Jasper's growing portfolio on behalf of our investors.
