Jasper, the specialist commercial real estate investment and asset manager, has successfully executed a new three year lease with a prominent food distributor at the rear unit of our asset on Kerrs Road in Wiri, Auckland.
Given the nature of the tenant's business, location was critical. Kerrs Road offers excellent proximity to State Highway 20 and State Highway 1 and provides ready access to Auckland International Airport, making it ideal for the distributor's operations.
Jasper worked alongside Ray White South Auckland, whose expertise and local market knowledge were instrumental in securing this lease.
