Dec. 22, 2021: Jasper, the tech-led commercial real estate fund manager, has grown it's assets under management (AUM) to $320m, adding more than $300m in the last 12 months.
This rapid growth means Jasper is now one of New Zealand's largest fund managers in the industrial real estate sector. The current portfolio consists of 14 assets across 100,000 sqm, producing an annual rent of $13.5m. New acquisitions have primarily focused on industrial assets concentrated in the Auckland region, with properties secured in key logistics locations including Penrose, East Tamaki, Wiri, and Avondale. More recently, Jasper has provided investors with the opportunity to invest in a retail repositioning strategy in Australia and intends to launch a Healthcare fund on the platform in the new year.
Jasper's proprietary digital platform allows investors to build a portfolio of institutional-quality commercial real estate assets online. Investors can create an account, browse opportunities and start investing simply and easily. Jasper's experienced team sources and manages the investments, removing the heavy lifting typically associated with commercial property ownership.
Jasper currently serves both institutional and wholesale investors, however pending regulatory application and approval, intends to make its digital platform accessible to all investors.
